"hit the ground running" at our first meeting, clearly demonstrating
your knowledge, and making us confident that you would work vigorously
and effectively on our behalf - which you certainly did. Shortly
after we retained your services, our insurance company not only issued
us a substantial advance payment toward the ultimate settlement, but
also an apology for its delay.
Even though we are generally well-informed people, we can't imagine how we could have effectively dealt with the insurance company on our own.
